1. Perform the Communions with the Earthly Mother, the Heavenly Father and their Angels each morning and evening on a daily basis

2. Practice the Holy Law of Good thoughts, Good words and Good deeds.

3. Practice giving out Angels to those in need or not in need. Just give them out and in return you too will receive blessings. Use the Spoken word.
